Alex Rodda, Consultant

Alex is a development consultant and assists the Aitch Group of Companies in the role of Land Director by overseeing the acquisition of land and obtaining of planning permissions for their developments.

He holds a degree in Architecture and has spent the past 20 years working for 3 of the UK’s major Housebuilders developing residentially led schemes across London and the South-east.

Prior to working with Aitch, Alex spent 8 years with Taylor Woodrow, primarily in the role of Land & Planning Director based in Hertfordshire managing a team investing in land to develop 1,000 new homes per annum.

Alex is married with two young children and in his spare time enjoys sailing, mountain biking and snowboarding.
