Our proposals are for circa 30 new homes and circa 9,000sqft of new employment space. The exciting development has been designed with regard to the context of the general masterplan principles developed by the LLDC for regeneration and development of the Hackney Wick Neighbourhood Centre masterplan and the wider area.
Our proposal has a robust brick face drawing from the warehouse typology of Hackney Wick and a soft reverse face to the adjacent new street. We are aiming to create a new ‘yard’ to the rear of the building which will provide ancillary space to the commercial units.
