Hackney Wick and Fish Island are undergoing substantial development and this site will play a key role it its success.
The scheme includes the demolition of the existing buildings. These will be replaced with four new buildings, arranged around a shared courtyard. This presents a strong and legible urban block that responds to existing street pattern and creates a beautiful new public space between Rothbury Road and White Post Lane.
The proposal will deliver over 100 new homes and employment space to replace the existing amount of floor space on site. The estimated total commercial floor space within the proposal will be around 26,000sqft.
